ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All the proposals must be submitted before 15th January 2025 using the online form.

Abstracts should contain between 150 and 250 words and not include images and bibliographic references. Any participant can propose only one oral and one poster presentation as the first author. There are no limits both to the number of abstracts each participant can figure in and co-authors for each contribution. Nonetheless, given the limited number of presentations, we encourage research groups engaged in large projects to limit the number of contributions and present synthesis works and highly significant results. The Scientific Committee, during proposals evaluation, will try to maintain as much as possible a balance in the visibility of all research groups and countries.

REGISTRATION FEES

Presenters and listeners must register to participate in the congress. The fee varies depending on the role at the affiliation institution and the country of residence (A / B category). Deadline for speakers' registration is 31st March 2025. For non-speakers, the final registration deadline is 15th August 2025. Online viewers can register at any time up to the beginning of the conference.

Early bird fees: until 15th May 2025. Regular fees: from 16th May to 15th August 2025

Student fee is applicable for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students

The reduced fee is applicable for retired and academics coming from a country that is not included in the following list: Andorra, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR (China), Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea Rep., Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao SAR (China), Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Singapore, Saint-Maarten (Dutch part), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City. / B category: any other country.
